Favorite Ramen Spot!

Ippudo is a Japanese restaurant with multiple NYC locations that specializes in ramen. They have a large selection, including vegetarian, and vegan options. Ippudo is my go-to ramen restaurant, as they are always consistent and delicious.

🍜 Summer Tan Tan Noodles $24. A cold ramen dish with sesame sauce, cucumber, chili paste, corn, and chicken. A refreshing and light dish, perfect for a hot day. It had a nice contrast of crunchy vegetables and tender chicken and spicy broth 9/10.

🍖 Teriyaki Spare Ribs $18. These were pork ribs glazed with teriyaki sauce and served with sweet pickles. The flavor of the sauce was good, but they were overly charred and the meat was too chewy 5/10.

🍫 Chocolate Cake $9. This was a moist and decadent chocolate cake with whipped cream and fresh berries. It was a great way to end the meal, with the rich chocolate flavor. The whipped cream was light and airy, and the berries added some freshness and tartness 8/10.

I always enjoy my experience at Ippudo. Some locations take reservations, others are walk-in. I would recommend it to anyone who loves ramen. Food rating 8/10.
