IS TAI ER WORTH IT??

finally managed to try tai er!! this place has been SUPER HYPED ever since it first opened and i’ve been dying to try so here’s my tldr verdict: good to try at least once, can go if you have craving

my party of four ordered the suan cai yu for 1-2 people ($49) and tbh i think it was enough?? cause we just drink the soup LOL and then u get full the fish was super tender but take note that this fish has the muddy taste which some ppl might not like

we also got a side of the beef slices and tongue in chilli oil and this was super good w rice,, very mala vibes but portion is slightly small for $12 in my opinion….

also their little shaker thing is so cute and i’m gonna be a skinny legend teehee

overall i think it’s worth trying if it’s been on ur to try list and maybe in the future for special occasions or if you have this very SPECIFIC craving but if u wanna get more variety of foods then be prepared to spend a lot more $$
