Are Vans still in trend?

Hi everyone ✨✨ I wanted to share my thoughts and views on my first ever pair of Vans🤍 You all know im more of a heel and flats girl so this is a refreshing take on my day to day foot wear. Been having this baby for 2 months now and here is what I love about it

Easy to style:

So I got the Skat old skool. A very classic staple piece I have to say as it is black and white. Cant go wrong here. And love how I can style it with my everyday clothes. A basic staple piece must have for sure in my wardrobe now

Affordable price:

This retails for about around RM300. Quite a good reasonable price for a shoe that has been in the industry for many years and such a classic pair to have.

Comfy after you break in:

So yes, my shoes are comfy but only now. As my first tries of walking in them, I had blisters. But after at least 10 days of wearing this, the back heel of the shoe feels a lot softer and better to walk in.

I heard from friends that you have to bite the back of the shoe?! I never done that before but what I do is that I just fold the back heel in a few times.

Would I get another pair?

Yes. Perhaps in a different colour like all white as those are my usual colours to wear in my wardobe. And maybe even a different model if I am feeling a bit adventerous haha
