RECREATING HIGH-WAISTED PANTS LOOKS ❤️🍒

Hey Girlies! I’m back with another recreating post that you might be able to take inspo from. Today, I wanna focus on high-waisted pants ✍🏼 They’re such a statement on their own, it’s just a pair of pants but it packs a lot of punch and honestly, I’m too obsessed with them 🫣 It makes you look thin and tall because of the wide leg situation and the high-waist compliments a lot of people with different body types. It’s such a versatile piece that I believe everyone should own a pair 🙋🏻‍♀️ It is perfect for those want to look polished but don’t worry! It can be worn casually as well. So best of both worlds 🫶🏼 Let’s start shall we?

OUTFIT 1:

For the first outfit, I essentially tried to make it look like I was wearing a set (I wasn’t! 🤭) but the blazer and the pants came separately but they worked so well together. I was feeling more of a polished look and it did exactly what I wanted it to make me feel: A BOSS. Got so many compliments when I wore this outfit cause look at it 👀 It’s cute, it’s stylish, it’s not OTT, it’s just nice.

Listen, the way to elevate a look is by playing with diff textures. Instead of pairing my pants with a plain top, I decided to wore something more textured like this ribbed top. It made the outfit more interesting rather than looking a bit too plain (nothing wrong with that!) but we need variation people 🙌🏼 When you play with texture, you can skip the accessories because it does the work for you. Trust me 😉

Like I mentioned previously, there is nothing wrong with sticking to the basics. For example, I’m wearing a black cashmere top with my white high-waisted pants. It looks chic and expensive because I’m sticking with the black and white colour palette. I ditched the accessories as well because the outfit just speaks for itself 🖤 Classic works all the time babes!

If you’re up for it, try styling your high-waisted pants with a chunky knit! It’ll definitely exude the cozy vibes because duhhh, chunky knit = cold weather. But I wasn’t hot or anything in this don’t worry! If you’re travelling to a cold climate country, this would be the perfect outfit for you. I absolutely love this outfit cause it’s not like the usual thing I would wear 🤎
