Things I didn’t know about nursing school !

Some schools are more organized than mine, so with coming into my last semester of nursing school and coming off maternity leave, my class was blindsided by graduation fees that was supposed to be covered in tuition. So now we have a week to raise money for ourselves to pay $750 in graduation fees or no graduation! Which is hard for me since I haven’t worked due to my high risk pregnancy and being let go.

So to not be blindsided please

-Always check with your coordinator or advisor about fees due.

-Try to keep working to save money ( I lost my job during pregnancy because I was high risk)

-Start fundraising or get donations to support your dream

-Do your research before getting yourself in debt!
