Happy pills for this year

Deep in myself,

I know I am proud of myself,

For battling with the illness and still not give up,

I had tried a lot of medication,

I was diagnosed with MDD in 2020

Was on :

- Escitalopram

- Fluoxetine

- Sertraline

- vortioxetine

- alprazolam

- lorazepam

- bromazepam

- clonazepam

- duloxetine

Through all the year i was still not okay and eventually doctor diagnosed me with bipolar type 2 in 2023.

Started on

-risperidone

Change to

-olanzapine

- lamotrigine

- desvenlafaxine

Now doctor started on seroquel XR with lamortrigine after I relapsed. Hope it can kick me out of this depressive episode.

Actually it is more complex because doctors mix the meds and the dose was variable.

I just hope whoever was diagnosed with mental illness please get proper treatment and never give up.

Only you can save yourself.

Don’t be afraid!
