A brookie is a delicious combination of a brownie and a cookie, and this version features the delicate flavor of matcha powder for a unique twist. The texture is soft and chewy, with a crispy exterior and a gooey center that will make you want more. 😋

To make these brookies, you'll need all purpose flour, matcha powder, vanilla essence, baking powder, butter, brown sugar and white chocolate. Follow these easy steps:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of matcha powder, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

3. In another bowl, mixer 1/2 cup of brown sugar and one large egg until fluffy. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix well.

4. In another bowl, melted 1 cup of white chocolate and butter.

5. Gradually add all the ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.

Using a cookie scoop, shape the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Leave enough space between the cookies as they will spread while baking.

Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
