Lemme share today with you guys! 😋 Korean corn cheese is made with corn, mayonnaise, and cheese cheese 🧀 It is a very-much loved appetizer or side dish in Korea. This is basically a street food recipe 🤤 A must-try too!

It’s so incredibly delicious.

Simple to make, uses only basic ingredients and done in under 15 minutes! This dish is the perfect amount of sweet, spicy, salty, buttery, and gooey! 🥰

So here are the ingredients you’ll be needing

- 1 small bowl of corn

- 2 tbsp of mayo

- 2 tbsp of sugar

- 1 tbsp of chili flakes

- 1 tsp of salt

- a pinch of black pepper

- a handful of mozzarella cheese 🧀
