yang tasha selalu buat untuk lost my weight, so here is some of my eating journey selama i buat this interminatting fasting challenge yang we need to puasa for 6 hours atleast. So this meals i akan makan lagi and after 6 hours of the food. Dia senang sebab macam berpuasa je babe!
Makan makanan yang banyak protein and can help you kenyang lama untuk pagi tu, supaya boleh tahan 6 hours for dinner later! ❤️
