Lovely morning person routine! ✨

Hello my loves! tasha here 🫶🏻

After awhile tasha rasa my badan super aches and sangat susah nak jadi morning person before this nak start classes in the morning kan! tasha rasa macam ya allah penatnya 😭 But after i made out this few things and if its can consider as tips.

I have like few tips on how you can let yourself wakeup early and jadi a superb morning person hehe. Memang now kita kena bangun je if we all kerja and studying, but this can also be focus for your weekend. As i always endup bangun lambat for my weekend, bukan lambat sikit, lambat banyak!!! 😭✋🏻

So here it is:

1) Looking Forward ✨

- What i meant for this is that let yourself feel excited untuk kita be there for the next day which the things you can do is do your journaling or to do list! so kita tahu what we want to do and plan for the next day. Maybe you want to have your early bed achievement, you want to hangout dengan kawan kawan the next day. thats exciting kan?

2) Create A Night Routine ✨

- Indeed to have a good sleep so you can wakeup feeling good even bangun awal is for you to have your night yoga, supaya badan tak sakit sakit and your body can direngangkan after all you have been thru everyone on that day.

- Do your face care with masking, skincare routine and have a reading session, your comic reading, your novel or else that can make you feel happy and excited on your bed! Dont ever forget to consume your daily water intake ya ❤️

3) To stay consistent ✨

- Do your self care routine every week or atleast every month to make yourself feel excited and loves even for ourselves ❤️

- Consistently made yourself done your work early on time so you dont have the chances to be super stressful handling every work will closure date line! healthy life style ❤️

- Consistently read as it can help you to improve you remembering phase! and just do take your me time with you every week!
