Unforgettable moment in my degree journey 🤩

Hello my lemon8 bestie 🍋 Mimie's here ! Harini i nak share my highlight moment throughout my degree journey.

Fyi, i'm currently a final year student of Bachelor of Estate Management (hons). Basically my course regarding the real estate/property industry.

So last semester which is semester 5, we as an estate management students have to develop a project & present to experts in property industry. Every 2 weeks, we have to give our full effort in presenting the progress of our project to the subject's lecturer and mentor as well.

During week 13, the property exhibition was held in our uni which is UiTM Shah Alam. We have to set up a booth (mcm property booth for new housing development kat luar tu 😱). We have to present (read: promote) our development project as in the panels were the potential buyers 🤣

Eventually, during the closing ceremony, 10 groups will be announced as best group according to marks given by lecturer, mentor & panels. Alhamdulillah, my group was one of the best group out of the 10 groups ! We were so happy as our hard work paid off 😭

I would like to give the credit to my lecturer and mentor for putting trust in us, encouraged and always appreciate our work. I'm honoured to get the opportunity to present our project infront of the CEO of UDA Holdings Berhad (one of the big real estate developer firm) and thank you sir for your remarks. Not to forget, a special thanks goes to my groupmates for putting utmost effort in completing this project.

I will always cherish this moment as one of my biggest achievement throughout my degree journey. This award is a bonus for an EM student to own, as our resume would be more valuable to enter the property industry soon ! I am so proud of myself <3
