Everything you need in your pilates gym bag 🍑

I’m using my oh sebenar spacious tote bag for my weekend pilates class, if you’re currently new to pilates heres some infos on what you should bring to your upcoming pilates class!

1. water bottle

- i bought mine from lululemon, klcc store

2. yoga matt towel

- if youre planning to go for hot pilates class, do bring your yoga matt towel to put on top of your yoga matt. It absorb your sweats and increase in grip to prevent slipping. I bought mine at lululemon, klcc as well

3. towel to wipe away your sweat

4. grip socks (only for pilates reformer class)

- if youre going for reformer class make sure you bring grip socks okie, I bought mine at decathlon
