The benefits of taking breaks are numerous and extensive. Breaks improve your focus, productivity, and energy levels in addition to your mental and physical wellness.

So, heres 4 different types of breaks for you to get into:

1. Nature Break

Take a break in nature by going outside and breathing it in. It's enjoyable to leave our office area and explore the nature.  In this manner, we can regain attention before going back to work. Even sitting outside will help shake things up and get your blood flowing. Walking will do the same.

2. Creative Breaks

Can be used as creative outlets if your employment doesn't permit it. Drawing, painting, writing, or any other type of creative expression that you find enjoyable can help you achieve this.

3. Social media break

Watching how much time you spend on social media is good for your mental health. Being more present might also be aided by it. You can enforce your breaks by placing time limitations on the amount of time you can spend using particular apps.

4. Power nap break

While not everyone enjoys napping, some people do. Power naps increase our energy levels and aid in concentration problems.
