Hello everyone today i want to share 3 ways to handle your negative thought ! I know that having a negative thought is not a good things for our mental health so here is few way how i overcome negative thoughts 💭

1.undestand your feelings and emotion

This is very important to put your feeling and emotion first always think about your feelings i know that people will call u selfish but it is for your own good if u always think and put others people first it will end up give you negative thoughts

2.avoid overthinking

The main main key never think to much if u always think to much can give negative impact to our life! If things doesnt work out! Try to resolve but if u try your best but still doesn’t succeed dont overthink too much👍 it will lead to negative thoughts

3.keep yourself busy

Keep yourself busy can help to reduce u from having negative thought ☺️if u always think and not doing anything will make u overthink
