instant kombucha!

When I discovered this shanazzy little beverage, I was absolutely blown away. It tastes so much like the real thing (thank you apple cider vinegar) -- and although it might freak some of you out, if you're a kombucha drinker...this is for you!

Here is what you'll need for this recipe:

- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar (with "the mother") - IT NEEDS TO HAVE THAT

- 4 oz 100% juice - I used pineapple juice and love it that way, but any 100% juice not from concentrate will do

- 4 oz coconut water

- ice

*if you want to make it less "tangy" you can also add in 2 oz of water to "mild" it out.

Directions:

1. fill a cup with ice - I prefer more ice than most, but this is personal preferance

2. mix together the ingredients listed above (apple cider vinegar, coconut water, 100% juice, and water if using it)

3. pour contents into your class of ice.

4. sit back and enjoy sipping on this new favorite beverage!

I truly am curious if everyone else thinks this tastes almost identical to the real thing, so please comment below if you try it! I made this recipe up (I'm sure it isn't original, but I like to think it is)...so feedback is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
