EASY BREAKFAST IDEA - hotel edition

Let's be honest...sometimes the breakfast at hotels aren't always booming with options. That's why I wanted to show this simple recipe that you can most likely do at any complimentary breakfast. It's important to me that we don't make eating healthy options too complicated, so all you're going to need is:

- bread of choice (I choose sourdough)

- peanut butter packet

- honey packet

- 1 banana

That's it! Only four ingredients and you can create a balanced breakfast that will keep you full until lunch (which is super important if you love to be an active-traveler). If they have it, I also love to add a side of eggs or slice sausage links for added protein.

Here are the details on how to make this simple breakfast:

step 1: toast your bread

step 2: spread the peanut butter on your bread

step 3: cut the banana into 8 slices and divide evenly to both sides or both slices of bread

step 4: drizzle on some pure honey
