Double Chin Covering Raya Hijab Style

In a blink of an eye, Ramadan is almost over and Hari Raya Aidilfitri is upon us. Is it just me or has Ramadan flown by faster than it did the previous year? It feels as if it was only yesterday Ramadan started and now we're on the last journey towards Syawal.

In preparation for Ramadan, I'm here to bring you yet another double-chin friendly hijab tutorial, but this time, it's styles that is suitable for Hari Raya. Most of the time, the way I wear my hijab veers closer towards fashionable and edgier, but during Hari Raya, I often want to look more ayu and more, ke melayuan. It suits the whole Hari Raya aesthetic much better and brings out your Baju Kurung/Kebaya a lot more. I rarely ever try to look ayu but I think Hari Raya is definitely the perfect time to bring out your ke-ayuan.

Style 1 is suitable for the first day when you go to Raya Prayer and spend the bulk of the day eating and laughing with close family. This style really gives you that wanita melayu terakhir vibe and I am all for that.

Style 2 can also be worn during Hari Raya Pertama, especially when you are trying to eat and not worry much about your tudung falling into your food. This style is more secure, has a bit of spice in it but still gives off that sweetheart vibe.

Style 3 is the secure style that is suitable for the raya days afterwards. It has that hijabi sweetheart vibe but also allows you to enjoy your time visiting family and friends without worrying if your hijab has somehow fallen out of place.
