I wanted to share what I slightly learned about oral care, These are the steps I learned to do and it has been really helpful, However, I am sure I have much nore to learn. So , I also wanted to tell you that if you have any more suggestion for making a healthier oral care, please share it, I would like to know!

Oral care is essential, it is highly important to have a fresh mouth and clean teeth. If you don't do all of these steps for oral care do NOT feel bad, I literally just brushed my teeth and swish my mouth with some random mouthwash and thats it, and with the tome I learned more.

I am here in this app to learn and not gatekeep and help others 🩷
