My favorite is their flower crab sandwich ($23) with is packed with umami fresh flower crab 🦀 sandwiched by Sing Hon Loong Bakery thick toast 👍 an ode to oldie local brands (so apt for a joo chiat cafe 😍)

Another support local dish is their tom yum mussels ($24) it’s a MUST GET✨ using Ah Hua Kelong mussels they did a twist away from Scaled by Ah Hua Kelong curry signature with this tom yum with a touch of nyonya local touch - sweet sour spicy + slurpable😉‼️

Add on their Cold Bee Hoon ($7) If you are already a lover of the trendy ikura somen, this is a local version of it using rice vermicelli and kombu 😋 same satisfaction💯👌
