only go here for cheap, authentic Indo🇮🇩 Bakmie

If y’all in the town/Somerset area you need to try the Bakmie at JTown! The Bakmie noodles here are super “QQ”.

I always get the Balado, Cus fried chicken cutlet + qq bakmie = 😍😍, but y’all it’s so spicyyyy. Spicy but so good - i always ask to separate the chilli so I can adjust the spice levels. Best thing is it’s affordable. I can actually have a full meal in town for less than $10 here.

Other stuff I’ve tried on their menu:

- bakso: The bakso is also so good, highly recommend getting a bowl on the side with your Bakmie. They also have bakso noodles, not spicy and super comforting for those ~sick days~.

- Bakmie cabe ijo has a mild to medium spice, can go for that if you’ve a lower spice tolerance. Not bad, but prefer the Bakmie balado.

- Bonus: they have martabak manis too!! Definitely to-share Cus of the huge portion lol. If ordering martabak manis they’ll take a while to cook it so fyi if you’re in a rush!
