*Mental Health* Why I went back to therapy 💕

Hi there Lemon8! 🍋 It’s been a few months since I posted on this app.

I’m gonna be pretty honest in this post and share I’ve really struggled the past few months with my my mental health. Luckily I’m getting much better and starting to do the things I love again, and ✨therapy✨ has been a huge help.
