๐Ÿ’ŒPEPPERMINT TEA - Traditional Medicine Peppermint Tea to be exact! This eases my stomach while simultaneously de bloating me. It also helps me reduce stress and is known to increase cognitive function! ๐Ÿง 

๐Ÿ’ŒPLANNING OUTFITS - Planning my outfits a day ahead has saved me so much time each morning! By doing this, I now have more time to do self care and eat a good breakfast before getting to work! I also plan my gym outfits for after work so I can quickly change and go! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

๐Ÿ’ŒNO PHONE 1 HR BEFORE BED - This gives your brain time to wind down before bed and sends sleepy signals rather than stimulate the brain and send alert signals if you were to be on your phone! This also will increase your sleep duration and help you stop irregular mid sleep patterns! ๐Ÿ“ต
