Back again with me, Tika ! Another day, another kpop idol diet to try ! Today i will show you my Tzuyu TWICE diet that modified to my diet & needs. My goal is to be healthier & remember weight loss in a diet is a bonus in every diet. Letโ€™s get into the meal plan shall we ? ๐Ÿ’–

Breakfast

Tzuyu usually start her day with oat with berries & banana and have protein smoothies for snack. But I will switch this two for breakfast.

Green Protein Smoothies Recipe (1 serving)

1 Banana

1/2 Green Apple

Lettuce

1/4 Avocado

PlantPro Powder Vanilla

Lunch & Dinner

Tzuyu TWICE religiously having tofu and salad for dinner. Hereโ€™s the recipe for my Tofu Bowl with Mixed Veggies (2 serving) :

1 Broccoli (boil in a pinch of salt)

1/2 Cucumber

1/2 Carrot

Edamame

Rice (1/2 portion each serving)

Firm Tofu (seasoned & pan fried)

Sauce : Kewpie Mayo & Chili Sauce with a little bit of sesame dressing
