First Look At Tengah + Promos !! 🤩

So, Plantation Plaza just opened, and I decided to check it out over the weekend. Honestly, I was really excited to see what this new spot in Singapore had to offer. A new place to explore right in my neighborhood? Yes, please! 🤩

Because I headed there slightly before lunch time to kinda avoid the crowd, wow, I was shocked at how crowded Koufu was already. I personally feel that the variety of food choices available was pretty great + affordable too! Of course you have the usual chicken rice, noodle store, muslim store, cai png, korean, drink stall with dimsum but they had western, thai and even mala!!

Me and my partner ordered Tom Yum soup + $3 value meal basil tofu with rice and also the chicken cutlet scrambled egg rice. YOU NEED TO TRY THE CHICKEN CUTLET SCRAMBLED EGG RICE, ITS ACTUALLY SOOOO GOOD 🤤 The flavors were rich and comforting, and the portion size was generous 👍🏼

Next, I wandered over to Giant. I was curious to see how they had revamped the supermarket experience. The moment I walked in, I noticed the clean, bright layout. Everything felt so organized and spacious!

I also went to check out the Daiso. I’ve always enjoyed browsing their quirky items, but this time, the store had a cozy, woody feel that was different from the usual bright and airy vibe. The warm tones made it feel inviting, and I found myself lingering longer than I intended 🤭

Right beside Daiso was 7-Eleven, this outlet was surprisingly spacious, and even came with a few seats available for those who wanted to take a break by the corner facing outside. Honestly, quite a vibe~ The layout was easy to navigate, and I appreciated how they had made the space feel welcoming!

Tho I didn’t get anything from there, McDonalds caught my attention and being the kaypoh Singaporean I am, I literally went into Macs had a look around and left HAHAH but okay! I loved the modern decor and comfy chairs, made it look like a great place to relax for a bit. And also, the staff were super friendly, greeting everyone with big smiles.

Ao for what to expect next for this upcoming development, I mean…. Of course, you’ll see familiar stores like Guardian and Skechers, but honestly, I’m not complaining because they’re essential for everyday needs. Especially for new families that are moving in. OH BUT I know that my favorite food spot, Lau Wang Claypot Delights, will also be opening soon! So TBH I FORESEE MYSELF HEADING DOWN TO TENGAH ALOT JUST FOR THIS HAHAHA 😆😆

Some final thoughts about Plantation Plaza. I honestly can’t wait to go back once more things have opened and explore more of what this vibrant plaza has to offer. So if you’re thinking of where to go in SG or if you’re in the area, definitely check it out—you might just find your new favorite hangout!!
