Have u guys watched Emily in Paris?! It's by far one of my favourites! And what i loved most about this show is the outfits! Ever wonder how you can dress like Emily Cooper? The bubbly protagonist of the hit Netflix comedy Emily in Paris, played by Lily Collins!!

Effortless, undone, yet incredibly sophisticated 💃🏻. How do they manage to achieve this? *Drum Rolls* 🥁 The answer is to have a feminine sensibility + a love of basics and minimalism. Easy pieces, high-quality items that mix well together… It's all relatively simple once you have the basics down. 😉

I managed to achieve this look with a high waist checkered skirt paired with my white long sleeve top and a pair of white boots! And of course, top with a beret! As mentioned french style focuses on simplicity, if your skirt already has a checkered print like mine, make sure your top and other accessories are PLAIN & SIMPLE so that your overall look is not too overwhelming! ⚠️ Simplicity is the key 🔑 !!
