How I deals with burnouts 🤍

Hello all 🍋! Today I want to share these tips because this event is familiar to all human beings & I want to help other people also. This is how I help myself to go through burnout, I have to admit this is not an easy journey. A lot of people have been through this and you are not alone in this. 💗

I realize I can't figure out all the problems just by myself & I let people help me to figure it out too. It does help & I would suggest it to everyone. With all the help I become a better me. 💐
