Here’s my wellness vision board for 2024! 🌸
•Improve overall strength: I powerlift, and this year just was not it. I have improved in some aspects but I was not as consistent as I needed to be.
•Prepare more meals at home: not only will this help maintain my body composition but it’ll also save some $$$. This year I have been going out to eat more than usual.
•Be more consistent with Pilates: so I enjoy Pilates because it has helped with my core strength significantly. The problem is I’m not always consistent, it comes in waves. If like to stick to a schedule that’ll help me improve my core strength and at least do Pilates twice a week.
•Go outdoors more: I loveee hiking and traveling. I definitely want to find some cool spots to hike.
•Improve cardio endurance: Being in the military, it is important to have good cardio endurance. I don’t enjoy cardio so it makes it more difficult to get through a run. I want to be able to bust out 3+ miles and enjoy it one day.
•Hydration: it is important to stay hydrated no matter what you do! As an athlete a lack of hydration can cause injury!! Drink water 💦. #healthylifestyle2024 #wellnesschallenge #healthylifestyle2024 #fatlossjourney #healthjourney
