OLIVE GARDEN JUMBO STUFFED SHELLS 馃崫馃
Indulge in creamy, cheesy goodness with these homemade Olive Garden-inspired stuffed shells.
Ingredients:
* 12 jumbo pasta shells
* 15 oz ricotta cheese
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
* 1 large egg, beaten
* 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 jar marinara sauce
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, provolone, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
3. Carefully stuff each cooked pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
4. Pour marinara sauce into a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375掳F (190掳C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
