Packing your gym bag does not have to be a confusing experience 🫠. These are the things I will usually bring to yoga classes, a quick checklist with the 7 yoga essentials you need 📝.
1. Yoga clothes: Including a pair of shorts or leggings, sport bra, a t-shirt or tank top.
2. Towel: A small towel to wipe off sweat during and after workouts. If I need to shower after workout, I will bring compact microfiber towel.
3. Water bottle: Staying hydrated is essential, so carrying a reusable water bottle is convenient.
4. Toiletries: Travel-sized face wash, shampoo, body wash, and deodorant for post-workout showers.
5. Personal items: Personal belongings include wallet, keys, phone, headphones and I will usually bring tripod to record my workout especially attending Inside Flow classes.
6. Snacks: Some energy bars to fuel my workouts.
7. Accessories: Yoga mat.
✏️ It's important to note that the contents of a gym bag may vary depending on personal preferences, the type of exercise being done, and the facilities available at the gym.
