Couple Workout 🏋️‍♀️🔥 get fit together

I enjoy the thrill of working out with my other half, not only support and motivate each other, but it’s also a great way of spending time together. Work toward our fitness goals simultaneously, and make it fun!

Here’s the 4 exercises we do in the video without any equipment:

1. Russian twists

2. Squats

3. Plank + push up

4. Sit ups

Grab your workout partner, complete 30 second for each exercise, take a break once u complete all 4 exercises and repeat the entire circuit for 2-3 sets. Let me know how it went down in the comment ✨
