My first solo trip to japan, staying in an onsen h

I travelled for my first solo trip to Tokyo and i really wanted to experience an onsen, so i started hunting and instead of just going to an onsen for one day, i chanced upon this onsen hotel 🙆🏻‍♀️🧖🏻‍♀️

✨ Name: Onyado Nono Asakusa Natural Hot Springs

💵 Amount: $140SGD/night (with $40 cash back when I booked via agoda)

🙆🏻‍♀️ What I ♡ about the hotel:

1️⃣ It’s located in Asakusa so there were great food options all around me!

2️⃣ The onsen (duh)! It’s opened until 5am so if you cant sleep you can go down in the middle of the night too (I also ♡ the free refreshments like Yakut and ice cream they provide too)

3️⃣ Very safe and cosy for a solo traveler, I was greeted by the staff and they helped me clean my luggage before bringing it up to my room.

❇️ The room:

I booked a room with a single bed. TBH i thought it would be smaller but it was sooo comfy! As you see in my room tour, I really ♡ how the room is separated into the sleeping area and the common area where you enter from 💯

I didn’t have the luxury of room cleaning as i only stayed for 5 nights so each morning i have to clear my trash by leaving it outside my room with my dirty towels and each morning they will leave a new towel / toiletries in a bag for me at my door ✴️💮

The hotel also provides free food after your onsen (soba noodles) 🍜 so plus point to that! Only downside was that it’s located in the middle of 2 train stations 🛤️ so you have to walk around 10 mins to each one and navigate through hoards of tourist 😵‍💫🤧

Overall I would ♡ to experience their other outlets 10/10 onsen experience at the convenience of my literal door step 🤪
