I’ve been going to a gym for about 2 months already and I enjoy “dressing” up for the gym or simply mixing and matching my fits around 🫶🏻💪🏻 I live my the philosophy: dress good, feel good so here are some of #MyGoTo fits that can perhaps kick off some ideas on what you can dress to the gym in 🥸🤘🏻
1. Sweats + Sports Bra Combi
On non-intensive days (eg. Arms and back days), I quite like wearing my joggers with a sports bra 😜 For girlies who don’t feel comfortable in just a sports bra, just throw over a shirt and you’ll have a super comfy fit. I like this fit for says where I feel bloated and want to hide my tummy pooch 😵💫
2. Long Sleeve Combi
I used to hate wearing long sleeved articles of clothing but once I started gyming, I’ve started loving them instead… On days I feel a little more insecure about my arms or just want to cover up 😅 I wear my long sleeve tees. I highly recommend the Uniqlo one - now on sale at $14.90! It even comes with a slit for people who wear smart watches which I loveee 🤘🏻🥰
3. Sports Bra + Tights Combi
This combi is not much different from what I used to wear to f45. What i like about this is matching the colours around 🌸 I usually pair the fit with a tank top for exercises with higher intensity to keep my girls covered up well 🥹
Overall, what are your favourite gym fits? Nothing will trump my jogger + sports bra combi and the comfort it gives me 🫣
