Taco pasta salad

Didn’t get all the picture or even good picture but here is a quick easy week day meal

Brown 1 pound ground beef (ground meat of your choice)

1 pack of taco seasoning (use as instructed)

1 box of rotini(cook per box instructions)

1/2 red onion diced

1 avocado diced

Mexican blend shredded cheese

sliced black olives (about a 3 oz can)

Taco flavored Doritos (crushed)

Dressing of your choice (I like thousand island)

Once everything is cooked, sliced, and prepped throw in a bowl and serve

*amounts are what I used but of course use the amount that feel good in your heart to your family’s preferences🥰
