Contour vs Bronzer🥊

A common misconception I see is that a lot of people think that contour and bronzer are the same! Although they’re used in similar areas of the face, they actually have different purposes.

Contour is meant to emphasize the natural shadows of your face, which helps you look more sculpted. When contouring my cheekbones, I apply contour right in the hollows of my cheeks, where I have a natural shadow.

Bronzer is meant to add warmth to your face, which can help you look sculpted and also add more color. When applying bronzer to my cheekbones, I apply it right above my cheekbone and above the contour. This is going to lift your face and give you more dimension by bringing in more color.

As for the rest of my face, I like to apply contour to my nose and my chin. These are the areas that I want to look the most sculpted. I also like to apply bronzer to my forehead. I don’t really need my forehead to look smaller or bigger, and I just want it to have more color.
