Must see spots when visiting Santa Barbara

Santa Barbara is a beautiful coastal city located in the southern most point of central coast California!

It’s known for its stunning beaches, lively downtown area, and the funk zone, an art district buzzing with breweries, wineries, and clothing and art shops! Here’s are the best places to hit when visiting the area!

1. State St

This street lines all of downtown Santa Barbara and has many local and nationally known shops! It’s a great area to get a souvenir and do some clothes shopping if you’re feeling that while on vacation! State street also has so many restaurants to check out along with breweries and restaurants, making this the best place to go out at night!

2. Santa Barbara Harbor

This area is great for paddle-boarding and looking at all the boats docked in the Marina! There’s a maritime museum that’s great for families and many restaurants to try from, my favorite is On the Alley, get the fish tacos!

3. East Beach

Although there are many beaches in Santa Barbara, this beach is one of my favorites. The water is so blue and it’s walking distance to state street. I love coming here in the morning after walking from a coffee shop and staying till the afternoon.

Another great beach in Santa Barbara is Butterfly Beach and Mesa beach!
