From experience, you have to have the fastest fingers to book a booth. TLM releases their bookings on the third Monday of every month.

Here are some tips & tricks to earn MOREEE and have a fulfilling experience 💵😉

1. Most, if not all of our transactions were made through cash and a number of customers gave us $50 notes. Hence, you will have to prepare loads of spare cash in various denominations & coins (SMALL CHANGE!!!).

2. Prepare your signages and bring more cardboards to write the revised/slashed prices down. Additionally, try to bring shopping bags for customers as they would usually buy numerous items. (extra tip: mobilise your boyfriends to help you out hehe)

3. Our detailed pricing system - we allowed customers to mix and match btwn clothes, bags and other misc items as well!

10am - 12pm: 1 for $5, 2 for $8, 3 for $10

12pm - 3pm: 1 for $3, 4 for $10

3pm - 430pm: ANY ITEM FOR $2

430pm - 630pm: ANY ITEM FOR $1 (the last hour all our items were priced at 50cents…as we just wanted to clear)

4. 90% of our items were sold and the rest were donated as they also had a donation booth at the reception area!

5. ENJOY A WELL DESERVED DINNER AFTER THE FLEA TO CELEBRATE YOUR HARD WORK! 😋🥘🍜🍔

All in all, book this booth only if you are willing to sell your items at a low cost. Bring all your spare/old clothes and remember the objective is to CLEAR YOUR STUFF, earning more money is a bonus 💫

Bundle deals also work superrrr well as it helps in clearing everything. Time will fly before you know it hence cherish every hour and when you feel like it’s the right time to slash your prices, DO IT!
