2-Another method is to spritz a makeup setting spray onto the eyeliner pencil or use a drop of eye drops. This can add moisture to the eyeliner and make it smoother to apply.

3-If you have a gel or cream eyeliner, you can mix a bit of the dried eyeliner with the gel to create a smoother consistency. Use a clean eyeliner brush to mix and apply it.

4-To prevent your eyeliner from drying out in the first place, make sure to keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity
