imagine paying 35k a year for uni…💸

hey everyone!! back with another post and this time we are talking about the differences in uni school fees between singaporeans and prs and foreigners 🤩 I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT FOREIGNERS ARE PAYING SO MUCH FOR QUALITY EDUCATION 😩😩 and also this is in ntu’s context and im not sure if it differs from uni to uni but yeah

for context, as a singaporean studying chemistry, im paying $8250 per academic year and to me thats already crazy alot and after my bank loan i still got to pay about $800 ish to the school 🥲 but CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW MUCH FOREIGNERS PAY OH MY!! i have friends who are foreigners who’s school fees are subsidised and they are still paying about $20k ish (if i remember correctly) which is still a crazy amount 🤡

the prices of uni that i put up are from the ntu website (cant rmb if it includes gst) but yeah for those who dont have foreigner friends i guess you learn something new 😚
