10AM - Yellow dragonfruit💛

Yellow dragon fruit is antioxidant-rich and packed with nutrients like calcium, iron, vitamin A and vitamin C. They are also high in fiber.

1PM - Farmer J’s fieldtray👩🏻‍🌾

I got the harissa chicken, brown rice, roasted sweet potato and caesar salad. Everything was so yummy and the service is super fast which I love. It’s kind of like Erewhon but London version!

3PM - Protein smoothie🥤

I got a chocolate banana protein smoothie after my reformer pilates class. Protein smoothies are loaded with nutrients and additional protein that can help to boost your health. They can add more vitamins, minerals, and essential nutrients into your diet and can also aid in muscle recovery, muscle gain, and weight loss.

7PM - Homecooked meal🍳👩🏻‍🍳

I tossed whatever I had in my fridge together and ate it with rice. I seasoned the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. I ate it with white rice, corn and an egg.
