If you’re a busy bee, you’d love this simple breakfast recipe I’m gonna share with you! Not only is it an easy fix, but it’s healthy and nutritious too. What a way to start the day 🥳

3. Oats is VERY FILLING which is awesome if you’ve got a small appetite in the morning!

I decided not to go with the normal 3 in 1 oatmeal sachets as it contains milk… and I’m lactose intolerant! So I bought the Quaker Oats Multigrain (Chia) instead and mixed it with my own cup of warm oat milk. It tastes super malty and yummy, and it’s friendly to my stomach too! The oat milk also gives it a mildly sweet taste, I just absolutely love!
