Classic rich chocolate cake

Hi , this is the first cake I ever make for my own with chocolate cream & chocolate ganache on the outer. It really take me a long time and kinda struggle to make the cake look nicer. But it’s really a good experience and able to learn from mistake. In some of my post, I have actually share the recipe for moist chocolate cake and chiffon chocolate cake. Would personally recommend to get a better tool like the cake turntable so that you can make the cake more evenly and easily.
