Nama chocolate with alcohol 🍷

Nama chocolate that melt in mouth with alcohol flavour

- [ ] 50g milk choco

- [ ] 35g dark choco

- [ ] 60g whipping cream

- [ ] 10g Butter

- [ ] 10g rum (I using 40% alcohol strength)

You may just use dark chocolate for a lesser sweetness.

No sugar , salt needed.

You may consider to put a baking paper on top of your mold to prevent your chocolate from sticking .

Putting cocoa powder on top is optional.
