Homemade bread for breakfast

Making bread at home takes time but it can save more money.

It’s not difficult to make it just it take time to ‘rest’ the dough.

- [ ] 5g milk powder

- [ ] 20g butter

- [ ] 115g milk

- [ ] 40g egg

- [ ] Salt 2g

- [ ] 16g sugar

- [ ] 3g yeast

- [ ] 220g bread flour

Adding milk powder is optional . I just add to improve the texture & flavour. Make sure you don’t put the yeast & salt together.
