This easy-to-make dessert combines the chewy texture of cookie dough with the creamy richness of fudge, all studded with colorful M&Ms. It’s a fun and cheerful treat that's sure to be a hit at any party!

Ingredients:

All-Purpose Flour: 1 cup, spooned and leveled

Plain M&Ms: 1 Β½ cups, divided (1 cup and Β½ cup)

Plain Mini M&Ms: 1 cup, divided (Β½ cup and Β½ cup)

Salted Sweet Cream Butter: Β½ cup, softened

Granulated Sugar: ΒΌ cup

Light Brown Sugar: β…“ cup, packed

Half and Half: 2 tablespoons

Pure Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon

Salt: ΒΌ teaspoon

White Baking Chips: 1 Β½ cups (good quality, such as Ghirardelli)

Sweetened Condensed Milk: 14 ounces

Directions:

Prepare Flour: Microwave flour for 1 minute to eliminate pathogens, let cool, then sift.

Prepare Baking Dish: Line an 8Γ—8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.

Freeze M&Ms: Place 1 cup of plain M&Ms and Β½ cup of mini M&Ms in separate Ziploc bags and freeze.

Cream Ingredients: Cream together butter, sugars, half and half, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix Flour: Reduce mixer speed to low and incorporate the cooled flour until just mixed.

Melt Chocolate: Microwave white baking chips with sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Combine M&Ms and Dough: Mix frozen M&Ms into the butter and flour mixture. Stir in melted chocolate mixture until combined.

Assemble Fudge: Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish, spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining M&Ms on top and press gently.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Cut and Serve: Slice into 25 squares before serving.
