I have so many more that I could post! But these definitely hit home 🏠 What are green flags you look for in a company?

If you are interested in working a Remote or in person RBT job please make sure to do your research on the company! Unfortunately, so many companies are in the ABA business just for the money and they don’t care about our clients.

The past two times I have chosen an ABA company to work for I have looked for green and red flags and trying to pick the best possible place to work. I know you can’t always get the best company and job. But I feel it is your own responsibility to pick a place of work that matches your morals.

Nothing sucks more than working for a company who doesn’t care about you or your client.
