Slow Cooker Salted Caramel Moonshine

Ingredients

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup brown sugar – packed

1/4 cup salted caramel flavored syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups Everclear

2 ounces caramel vodka

Instructions

1. Combine water, brown sugar, flavored syrup & vanilla extract in the slow cooker & whisk well.

2. Cover & cook on high 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Remove insert from the cooker, uncover & allow to cool to room temperature.

4. Once cooled, stir in Everclear & vodka.

5. Transfer to mason jars or bottles.

6. Store in a cool, dark place.
