How I apply highlighter✨

Hello everyone💫 I have covid but it’s not going to stop me from feeling ✨beautiful✨. I was doing my best dead fish impersonation for the past few days but I’m finally feeling well enough to do some dolling up for fun☺️

I haven’t played with highlighter in a while but muscle memory reminded me why I like using it so much. In ~2018, the trend was to highlight to the gods but from 2020, the trend is to have a healthy and subtle glow - this has always been my preference anyway🤍

This loose powder highlighter is definitely on the blinding and intense side but it’s the only highlighter I have on hand so we’ll roll with it💫 I like to apply the highlighter to 4 places:

1. Tip of nose - this gives me a whimsical look that I find endearing on a lot of people so I like to do it on myself too haha👉🏼👈🏼

2. Cupid’s bow - for a pouty look🫦💋

3. Inner corners of the eyes - to make me look ALIVE

4. Cheekbones - to have a healthy glow, especially on days when I don’t feel too good🥲
