Today Was My First Day Of Therapy ☀️

today was my first day of therapy and it felt so good to get so many things off of my chest and talk to someone who wasn’t my fiancé or best friend. Mental health can feel so isolating. Especially being on social media and seeing so many highlight reels, today made me feel so much more human. Today I am feeling extremely grateful for being human. Being human is one of the most beautiful things we can be in my opinion. I hope that if you’re searching for help you find it. I will keep all of you updated as I navigate this new experience, and I hope this remind you that you’re not alone.
