Occasion & Servings: Easy & Simple Dinner. Servings depend on how many chops come in a package!
Ingredients: Pork chops
flour
seasonings of your liking- I used salt, pepper, garlic powder & Cajun seasoning.
canola oil
salt & pepper!
Detailed Steps: First put your flour in a bowl & add whatever kind of seasonings you like to the flour, mix it all together. Turn your stove on medium-high heat and add your oil to a pan so the grease can be getting hot. Now take your pork chops out of the package, I always pat mine dry with a paper towel then season both sides to your liking. Then dredge them in your flour mixture to get them evenly coated on both sides!
Once they are coated in the flour mixture drop them in your hot grease. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy golden brown on both sides. Internal temperature of pork chops should be 145 Degrees Fahrenheit when fully cooked through! I always check mine with a meat thermometer to be sure! Once done plate them up & Enjoy! 🫶🏻
