Must-see things in NYC (don’t miss these!)

New York City is one of the most beautiful and iconic cities and is the most populated major city in the USA, with over 8 million people. New York City has a beautiful skyline, with over 270 skyscrapers and 6,000 high-rise buildings. I love standing in New York City because it makes me feel small in the best way!

Here are some helpful tips for visiting NYC!

• Do not rent a car. New York City has crazy traffic, and parking can be stressful, so I recommend walking or taking a subway or taxi to get around the city.

• Buy the New York CityPASS or Go City Pass if you want to visit some of the iconic New York City landmarks, including the Empire State Building, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, and Statue of Liberty.

• Walk as much as you can. New York City is huge, but I recommend taking the time to walk around the city as you explore your bucket list items.

• If take the subway, you can either pay per ride or purchase a 7-day unlimited card that will save you money if you ride it more than 12 times during your stay.

• Eat at local restaurants and make a reservation ahead of time. Instead of eating at chain restaurants, I recommend eating at local restaurants. I also highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time because most restaurants will have long wait times!
